Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Story to Line. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns are offered (only for Belgium) and accepted (all countries) to all items excepted on Sara Esther, Nasoha rings, Nasoha plexi-glasses and Anita Legrelle.
All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving a shipment.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
In case of failure to comply with this time limit, you will lose the right of return and cannot under any circumstances demand reimbursement of your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged or soiled in any way may not be accepted and may be returned to you at the buyer’s own expense. Where provided, any included accessories and designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange your Item for a different size or an alternative Item, we suggest that you return the Item in accordance with the Return and Exchange Policy, and purchase the new Item as a separate order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable: If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
